Returns, repairs and refunds

Made to order pieces

Each one is strung by hand in the colours you choose, so it cannot be resold. Made to order pieces cannot be returned because of a change of mind. If something is wrong with the piece itself, the next section covers you.

Ready made pieces (marked Available now)

Changed your mind? Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send it back unused, in its pouch and packaging, within 3 days. You pay the return delivery. Once it arrives in the condition it left us, you get a credit note for the full price of the piece, valid for 6 months. Delivery fees are not refunded.

Your credit is a naira amount. When you use it, pieces are charged at their price on that day. If your new piece costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not refunded in cash.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

Send us photographs on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. If we agree there is a problem, we cover the return delivery and you choose: we repair it, we remake it, or you get your money back in full, including what you paid for delivery.

Please film yourself opening the parcel where you can. It settles these cases quickly.

If your parcel does not arrive

Tell us if your parcel is late and we follow it up with the courier. If they confirm it is lost, we remake the piece or refund you in full, including delivery.

Repairs

Beadwork can be repaired, which is one of the advantages of buying handmade.

• Within 30 days: if a thread or clasp fails in normal use, we repair it free and pay delivery both ways.
• After 30 days: we will still repair it. You pay a repair fee, quoted before we start, and delivery both ways.

Cancelling an order

• Within 24 hours of payment: cancel for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, once beading has started: refund less 30%, which covers the beads already used and the hours worked.
• Once the piece is finished: it cannot be cancelled, but it can be exchanged for another piece of the same value.

What is not covered

• Normal wear: fading, stretching, or beads loosening over time with use.
• Damage from water, perfume, oils, rough handling or storage.
• Slight differences in colour or pattern. Every piece is made by hand, and screens show colour differently.
• Delays caused by the courier.
• A wrong delivery address given at checkout. If the parcel comes back to us, we will send it again once you cover delivery.
• Pieces with a name or initials woven in, which are final sale.

Getting a refund or credit

We check returns within 2 working days of them reaching us. Approved refunds go back to the account you paid from within 5 to 7 working days.
